Try it free first

DaMatrix has a free version, so you can build and wire your own rack and see it in 3D before you pay anything.

Subscriptions

Paid plans, such as DaMatrix Pro, are subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has begun.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, using the “Manage my subscription” link on our website or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel, you keep paid access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

When we may refund

Vearse may issue a refund or credit at its discretion, for example if:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you were charged after you had cancelled; or
• a problem on our side kept the paid features from working and we could not fix it.

Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under applicable law.

How to ask

Email [email protected] and include:

• the email address on your account;
• the date and amount of the charge; and
• a short description of the issue, with screenshots if helpful.
