DaMatrix

DAMATRIX

One builder for the systems behind every space.

DaMatrix is the visual workspace for designing, documenting, and understanding physical technology systems. Start with an equipment rack, build from an extensive device library, place equipment to scale, map connections, document every device, and create a visual record that stays understandable long after installation.

But a rack is only the beginning.

Add plugins when you need deeper capabilities, from thermal and power analysis to rooms, signal flow, low-voltage panels, advanced routing, and other specialized workflows. Everything works inside the same DaMatrix, with the same projects, devices, libraries, and connections.

Project Overview

Build the system once. Use it everywhere.

DaMatrix isn’t just where infrastructure is drawn. It’s where the knowledge of the system is created.

Every device can carry its identity, physical dimensions, documentation, ports, connections, notes, and relationships. As your project becomes more sophisticated, plugins extend that same model instead of forcing you into another application.

Build a rack. Add the rooms it serves. Add a low-voltage panel. Trace connections between them. Add engineering analysis when you need it.

And when the system belongs to a larger building, place it directly into that building’s Vearse Atlas.

No rebuilding. No recreating devices. No starting over.

Your DaMatrix project becomes part of the building’s interactive 3D record.

DaMatrix PortView

Understand how everything connects.

Hardware only tells half the story. The other half is how everything connects.

PortView is the connection layer built into DaMatrix. Work from the front or rear of equipment, connect exact ports, trace cables visually, and follow a signal or network path across the system.

As plugins extend the project beyond the rack, those connections can continue into rooms, field devices, panels, and ultimately the building’s full Vearse Atlas.

So instead of asking “Where does this cable go?” you can simply follow it. From device to device. Rack to room. Panel to field equipment. And eventually across the entire building.

Synapse

Understand what the equipment is.

DaMatrix doesn’t just document systems. With Synapse, it can learn how to understand them.

Synapse is the intelligence and integration engine built into DaMatrix. It helps identify devices, research supported APIs and protocols, generate reusable integration manifests, interpret existing documentation, and connect physical equipment to live data when those capabilities are available.

When DaMatrix already knows a device, Synapse can reuse that knowledge instantly. When it encounters something new, it can research the equipment, build the integration logic, and turn what it learns into a reusable system definition.

That means the platform gets more capable over time without forcing every user to start from scratch.

Find it. Understand it. Connect it. Reuse what was learned.

Because Synapse shares the same project and cloud infrastructure as DaMatrix and Vearse, the intelligence created around a device can follow that device from the original design all the way into the operational building.

Need a tool DaMatrix doesn’t have? Build it.

Describe the tool you want, let your AI coding app write it, and run it right beside your rack. No programming experience needed.

Utilities read your open project and turn it into whatever you need: a power budget, a heat load, a cable schedule, a bill of materials, a label sheet, an install checklist. They update live as you change the rack, and they can print.

Each one runs in its own locked window with a read-only copy of your project, so it can’t change your rack or reach the internet. You get a starter kit, a prompt builder, and step-by-step install help.
